Rapid urbanization is amplifying risks, as cities concentrate population, assets and economic activity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The program will focus on five priorities: safeguarding critical infrastructure, integrated flood management, nationwide early warning systems, support for city level resilience planning, and better risk data.
