The government is also seeking companies to build and operate new pipelines linking the port to major industrial zones, according to Bloomberg.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The project is part of a 3,5 billion dollar national gas plan aimed at increasing annual consumption from 1,2 to 12 billion cubic meters by 2030, following the loss of Algerian supplies in 2021. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/153418548\/pave_article_mobile_al fanous car blog --><\/p>\n<p><span>The FSRU is expected to cost 273 million dollars, while the pipelines will require 681 million dollars.
