The strategy is based on reducing both supply and demand through tighter surveillance of public spaces frequented by young people and minors, and intensified action against known drug trafficking and smuggling hotspots.<\/p>\n<p>The minister said border posts have been equipped with modern detection devices for prohibited and suspicious substances, alongside reinforced inspection procedures.
