{"id":12149,"date":"2026-01-02T05:30:15","date_gmt":"2026-01-02T05:30:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alfanouscar.com\/blog\/?p=12149"},"modified":"2026-01-02T05:30:15","modified_gmt":"2026-01-02T05:30:15","slug":"rephrase-the-same-libyas-top-military-chief-killed-in-plane-crash-in-turkey-in-a-different-way-no-more-than-118-characters-as-if-you-were-a-native-american-speaker-as-expert-on-content-creation-an","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alfanouscar.com\/blog\/rephrase-the-same-libyas-top-military-chief-killed-in-plane-crash-in-turkey-in-a-different-way-no-more-than-118-characters-as-if-you-were-a-native-american-speaker-as-expert-on-content-creation-an\/","title":{"rendered":"Rephrase the same Libya&#8217;s top military chief killed in plane crash in Turkey in a different way  no more than 118 characters, as if you were a native American speaker as expert on content creation and dont talk about yourself or your experience"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>The head of Libya\u2019s armed forces and four other high ranking military officials died late Tuesday when their business jet crashed shortly after taking off from Ankara, officials in Turkey\u2019s capital and Tripoli said.<\/p>\n<p>The wreckage of their Falcon 50 aircraft was located by Turkish security personnel in the Haymana district near Ankara, Turkish Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya said.\u00a0Three crew members were also killed.<\/p>\n<p>Libya\u2019s Prime Minister Abdulhamid Dbeibah said on his Facebook page: \u201cIt is with deep sadness and great sorrow that we learnt of the death of the Libyan army\u2019s chief of general staff, Lieutenant General Mohammed al-Haddad.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/153418548\/pave_article_mobile_al fanous car blog --><\/p>\n<p>Haddad earlier Tuesday held talks in Ankara with Turkish Defence Minister Yasar Guler, and his Turkish counterpart, Selcuk Bayraktaroglu, and was returning to Tripoli.<\/p>\n<p>Yerlikaya said on X that Haddad\u2019s jet took off from Ankara\u2019s Esenboga airport at 1710 GMT, and \u201ccontact was lost\u201d 42 minutes later.<\/p>\n<p>The aircraft issued an emergency landing notification near Haymana \u2014 74 kilometres (45 miles) from Ankara \u2014 but contact could not be reestablished, the minister said.<\/p>\n<p>A senior Turkish official said the plane requested an emergency landing because of electrical failure 16 minutes after it took off.<\/p>\n<p>The jet carried eight passengers including Haddad, four members of his entourage and three crew members \u201creported an emergency to the air traffic control centre due to an electrical failure, asking for an emergency landing,\u201d Burhanettin Duran, head of the presidency\u2019s communications directorate, said on X.<\/p>\n<p>Turkish Justice Minister Yilmaz Tunc said the Ankara chief prosecutor\u2019s office has launched an investigation into the incident.<\/p>\n<h2>-\u2018Like a bomb\u2019-<\/h2>\n<p>Several Turkish media outlets broadcast images showing the sky lit up by an explosion not far from the location where the aircraft sent a signal.<\/p>\n<p>Burhan Cicek, a local in Haymana, recalled the moment when the plane crashed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI heard a big sound of explosion. It was like a bomb,\u201d he told AFP.<\/p>\n<p>Libya\u2019s ambassador to Ankara was also at the site.<\/p>\n<p>Walid Ellafi, Libyan minister of state for communication and political affairs, told local television channel Libya al-Ahrar that the Turkish government informed his government of the incident.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe received a call from the Turkish authorities immediately after the incident, reporting that contact with the aircraft had been lost,\u201d the minister said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAll contact with the aircraft was lost about half an hour after takeoff from Ankara airport due to a technical problem,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are awaiting the conclusions of the Turkish investigation, and it appears that the plane crashed.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The minister said the others on the aircraft were Haddad\u2019s advisor, Mohammed Al-Assawi, as well as Major General Al-Fitouri Ghraibil, Major General Mohammed Jumaa, and their escort, Mohammed Al-Mahjoub.<\/p>\n<p>Haddad had been the army\u2019s chief of general staff since August 2020 and was appointed by then-prime minister Fayez al-Sarraj.<\/p>\n<p>Libya is split between a UN-recognised government in Tripoli, led by Dbeibah, and commander Khalifa Haftar\u2019s administration in the east.<\/p>\n<p>The North African country has been divided since a NATO-backed revolt toppled and killed longtime leader Moamer Kadhafi in 2011.<\/p>\n<p>Turkey has close ties with the UN-backed government in Tripoli, to which it provides economic and military support and there have been frequent visits between both sides.<\/p>\n<p>But Ankara has recently also reached out to the rival administration in the east, with the head of Turkey\u2019s intelligence agency, Ibrahim Kalin, meeting with Haftar in Benghazi in August.<\/p>\n<p>burs-fo\/gv<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p> Rephrase in a different way as if you were a native American speaker as a content creation expert and do not talk about yourself or your experience in the text and do not show yourself as an artificial intelligence who wrote and fill the bullet point in the topic and speak the heart of the topic itself and dont take date of blog in ther first and dont take text like box of newsliter subscribe on post from content and romove all linke insert in content and and remove all affiliate disclosure phrases on content like this &#8220;This post may contain Amazon or other affiliate links that allow us to earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.
