Export activity strengthened across most months of the year, with sharp increases recorded in January, July, and November compared to the same periods in 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Traditional clothing led export growth, posting a 75% increase in 2025. Its share of total handicraft exports rose to 17%, up from 11% a year earlier. Pottery and stone products ranked first, accounting for 36% of total exports after recording growth of more than 11%.<\/p>\n<p>Moroccan carpets ranked second, contributing 18% of total export revenue, while jewelry products, despite a smaller overall share, recorded strong growth of 52%.<\/p>\n<p>The United States stood out as Morocco\u2019s leading destination, accounting for 49% of total handicraft exports after a growth rate of nearly 25%. France was second after its share fell to 11%, down from 14% in 2024. Exports to T\u00fcrkiye increased sharply, rising 2.5 times annually, placing the country in third place with a 6% share.<\/p>\n<p>Regionally, Marrakech retained its position as the leading export hub, followed by Casablanca. Fes posted the strongest performance, with exports rising 81% and its share increasing to 21%.
