KUWAIT CITY, April 18: The Board of Directors of the Competition Protection Authority (CPA) issued Resolution No. 40\/2026, amending the fees for several services that the authority provides. This step aims to regulate procedures and enhance the efficiency of handling requests and files related to competitive practices in the market. <\/p>\n
The resolution stipulates fees for six services — submitting exemption requests, requests for prior consultation before submitting economic concentration applications, objecting to economic concentration applications, submitting complaints related to practices that violate competition rules, viewing and obtaining copies of documents related to violations referred to the Disciplinary Board, and appeals submitted to the same board regarding decisions issued against the applicant.<\/p>\n
