The airline will operate these flights using Airbus A330-200 aircraft, which can accommodate 224 passengers.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, Sint Maarten is one of Air France&#8217;s four Caribbean destinations, served from both Paris Charles de Gaulle and Paris Orly airports. Notably, Air France is the only airline providing direct flights between Europe and Sint Maarten.<\/p>\n<h3>New Daily Flight Service<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Frequency:<\/strong> Daily flights<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aircraft:<\/strong> Airbus A330-200 (224-passenger capacity)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition to this expansion, there are several noteworthy developments in the Latin American aviation market:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Aeropuertos Uruguay<\/strong> has partnered with Flightradar24 to enhance air traffic coverage in Uruguay. Six new antennas will be installed at various airports to improve service.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Paranair<\/strong> is launching a new route between Montevideo and Salto, marking the return of domestic flights for the first time in 11 years.<\/li>\n<li><strong>American Airlines<\/strong> plans to resume seasonal flights between Miami and Montevideo starting November 22nd with three weekly flights, increasing to daily flights for a period from December to early February.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Avianca<\/strong> is expanding its routes, introducing new services from Bogot\u00e1 and Medell\u00edn to various cities, including Buenos Aires and Tulum.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Azul Linhas A\u00e9reas<\/strong> will initiate two new routes between Brazil and Uruguay in mid-December.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bahamasair<\/strong> is starting operations to Montego Bay from Nassau with bi-weekly flights beginning November 17th.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Iberia<\/strong> has announced an increase in flights to Rio de Janeiro, moving from four to five services per week effective January 15th, 2025.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition, several airlines have completed notable expansions and service restorations, enhancing connectivity across these regions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Air France is set to enhance its service between Paris and Sint Maarten starting December 20th, increasing the frequency from 7 to 14 flights per week.
