This service will join Delta\u2019s existing route between New York JFK and Copenhagen, cementing its presence in the Danish capital. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Service Schedule:<\/strong> Flights will be available starting on May 22, 2025, and will operate through early September on a Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday basis.  <\/li>\n<li><strong>Aircraft:<\/strong> The airline will utilize Airbus A330-300 aircraft, seating up to 282 passengers with various classes including Delta One, Delta Premium Select, Delta Comfort+, and Main Cabin. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Joe Esposito, Delta\u2019s Senior Vice President of Network Planning, remarked that this route strengthens Delta&#8217;s global network, providing unrivaled access to one of Europe&#8217;s most vibrant cities, Copenhagen. He emphasized the route&#8217;s importance for customers traveling between Scandinavia and North America and highlighted its significant connectivity through SkyTeam partner hubs.<\/p>\n<p>With the addition of Copenhagen, Delta&#8217;s offerings from Minneapolis will include year-round and seasonal destinations such as Amsterdam, Dublin, London Heathrow, Paris Charles de Gaulle, Reykjavik, and Rome. Notably, Delta Air Lines will be the sole operator for the MSP-CPH route.<\/p>\n<p>In other aviation news, Air Serbia has announced its plans to commence operations between Belgrade and Shanghai Pudong starting January 11, 2025, with flights scheduled twice weekly aboard Airbus A330-200 aircraft.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, Vietnam Airlines is making waves by inaugurating its inaugural flight to Munich from Hanoi on October 5, 2024, continuing to expand its presence in Europe with another new route planned from Ho Chi Minh City to Munich.<\/p>\n<p>Various airlines are adapting their strategies, with CSA Czech Airlines preparing to close its operations just days shy of its 101st anniversary, largely due to financial challenges and the shifting market landscape.<\/p>\n<p>Lufthansa is also introducing changes to its fleet, integrating new routes and adjusting its aircraft roster for winter.
