Each film ranges from three to six minutes long, and captures the daily struggles, hopes and aspirations of the Palestinian people as they endure the Israeli oppression and occupation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe films will offer audiences an intimate view of Gaza\u2019s enduring spirit through stories shaped by hardship and hope,\u201d <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DCG1RfAxqP1\/?img_index=1\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"external noopener\">Ajyal Film Festival<\/a> said on its social media pages.<\/p>\n<p>The exhibition will take place at Doha\u2019s Sikkat Wadi Msheireb in Msheireb Downtown on the sidelines of the 12th annual Ajyal Film Festival.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-wp-embed is-provider-doha-news-qatar wp-block-embed-doha-news-qatar\"\/>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-palestinian-cause-spotlighted\"><span id=\"palestinian-cause-spotlighted\">Palestinian cause spotlighted<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Derived from the Arabic word for \u201cproduction\u201d, Intaj had first launched in 2022 where it featured multimedia elements from Qatar and the region\u2019s old film, television and theatre productions.<\/p>\n<p>The festival has repeatedly highlighted the Palestinian cause throughout its previous editions by featuring Palestinian filmmakers and their works that have been supported by the Doha Film Institute.<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.qna.org.qa\/en\/News-Area\/News\/2024-11\/04\/0072-12th-ajyal-film-festival-to-begin-nov16,-feature-66-films-from-42-countries\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"external noopener\">During this year\u2019s edition<\/a>, Ajyal will host a special screening of the animated film \u201cFlow\u201d by Gints Zilbalodis for young Palestinians evacuated from Gaza, as part of its school screening initiative. <\/p>\n<p>Some of the Palestinian guests at this year\u2019s festival include Palestinian actors Saleh Bakri and Hiam Abbas, as well as Palestinian musician Anees.<\/p>\n<p>Palestinian actor and director Mohammad Bakri will also be among the diverse guests set to attend the event.<\/p>\n<p>The festival is taking place at a time where highlighting the Palestinian cause is more crucial than ever amid Israel\u2019s ongoing genocide in the Gaza Strip.<\/p>\n<p>Since October 7, 2023, Israel has killed at least 43,552 people, although the figure is an undercount as thousands remain missing or buried under the rubble.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/www.instagram.com\/embed.js\"><\/script> Rephrase in a different way as if you were a native American speaker as a content creation expert and do not talk about yourself or your experience in the text and do not show yourself as an artificial intelligence who wrote and fill the bullet point in the topic and speak the heart of the topic itself and dont take date of blog in ther first and dont take text like box of newsliter subscribe on post from content and romove all linke insert in content and and remove all affiliate disclosure phrases on content like this &#8220;This post may contain Amazon or other affiliate links that allow us to earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.
