Etihad Airways recently unveiled a major international expansion, with <\/span>10 new routes <\/b>from Abu Dhabi <\/span>starting in the second half of 2025<\/b>. The company will have new operations to Africa, Asia and North America, being Asia the main market with a total of seven new destinations, followed by Africa with two and one to the United States.<\/span><\/p>\n

For the first time in its history, Etihad announced <\/span>10 new additions <\/b>to its route network on the same day. <\/span>Algiers <\/b>(Algeria), <\/span>Atlanta <\/b>(United States), <\/span>Chiang Mai <\/b>(Thailand), <\/span>Hanoi <\/b>(Vietnam), <\/span>Hong Kong <\/b>(Hong Kong), <\/span>Krabi <\/b>(Thailand), <\/span>Medan <\/b>(Indonesia), <\/span>Phnom Penh <\/b>(Cambodia), <\/span>Taipei <\/b>(Taiwan) and <\/span>Tunis <\/b>(Tunisia) will be the destinations, which will commence between <\/span>July <\/b>and <\/span>November next year<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The UAE airline will provide these routes by <\/span>Airbus A321LR<\/b>, <\/span>Airbus A350 <\/b>and <\/span>Boeing 787 <\/b>Dreamliner jets. Etihad\u2019s Airbus A321-251NXs have <\/span>223 seats <\/b>(8 Business and 215 Economy), the A350-1000s feature <\/span>371 seats <\/b>(44 Business and 327 Economy) and the Boeing 787-9s are configured with <\/span>226<\/b>, <\/span>290 <\/b>or <\/span>302 seats<\/b>, depending on the aircraft.<\/span><\/p>\n
