Moroccan international player Achraf Hakimi, the Paris Saint-Germain star, claimed the 2024 Golden Lion Award, a prestigious honor held by Al-Mountakhab newspaper, with votes from 41 media outlets, including journalists and sports experts.<\/p>\n

Hakimi became the second Moroccan to win the African Golden Lion Award, following goalkeeper Yassine Bounou, recognizing his exceptional performances for both the Moroccan national team and Paris Saint-Germain.<\/p>\n

He claimed the award with 162 points, outpacing Nigeria\u2019s Ademola Lookman of Atalanta, who secured second place with 96 points.<\/p>\n
