The airline will operate for the first time to the Colorado capital with its largest passenger aircraft, which are configured for 509 passengers in four seating classes (<\/span><b>8 seats<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> in <\/span><b>First Class<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><b>78 seats<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> in <\/span><b>Business Class<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><b>52 seats <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">in <\/span><b>Premium Economy <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">and <\/span><b>371 seats <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">in <\/span><b>Economy<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Denver will become the sixth destination for Lufthansa\u2019s Airbus A380s during <\/span><b>summer 2025<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, all of which will be offered to\/from Munich Airport. Lufthansa has been reactivating Airbus A380s during the last months, which were withdrawn as a consequence of the <\/span><b>COVID-19 pandemic<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. According to our database, eight A380s are in operation at the time of publication.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.jetphotos.com\/photo\/11365145\" rel=\"noopener\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Schedule between Munich and Denver \u00b7 Lufthansa<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Daily<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><b><i>\u2018The Airbus A380 service to Denver is not only a first for Lufthansa, but also for the airport itself.<\/i><\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> It is the first time that a scheduled flight with an aircraft of this size will land there. Passengers, airport visitors and crews love the A380, the flying experience and the feeling of space. At the same time, the A380 offers more premium seats than any other aircraft,\u2019<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> said <\/span><b>Heiko Reitz, CCO Lufthansa Airlines.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>By summer 2025<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, eight Airbus A380s will be based at Munich International Airport, with the United States and India as its regular markets. Delhi has a daily flight, which it will maintain during <\/span><b>summer<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, while services to the Thai capital will be performed with A380s <\/span><b>until the end of March.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Flight LH 772\/773 on the Frankfurt \u2013 Bangkok route began to be served with Airbus A380-800s on <\/span><b>October 26th<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><b>2024<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, for <\/span><b>winter 2024\/25<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. The same occurred through <\/span><b>winter 2023\/24<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, operating from <\/span><b>October 28th<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><b>2023 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">to <\/span><b>March 29th<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><b>2024<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">After the <\/span><b>winter season<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, Lufthansa resumes flights between the two cities on Airbus A350-900s, which are configured with 293 seats in three classes. The airline maintains the daily frequency.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Regarding other routes, on <\/span><b>January 13th <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">was Lufthansa\u2019s last service to Los Angeles from Munich with A380s. By <\/span><b>mid-2023<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, because of delays in deliveries of new aircraft such as Airbus A350 and Boeing 777X, Lufthansa announced the reactivation of the Airbus A380s, returning eight of 14. The A380s D-AIMD, D-AIME, D-AIMF, D-AIMG, D-AIMI and D-AIMJ did not resume operations, being stored since then in Teruel (TEV\/LETL) or Lourdes (LBE\/LFBT).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In addition to the eight Airbus A380s, <\/span><b>306 other aircraft <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">are part of Lufthansa\u2019s fleet, including Airbus A319-100, Airbus A320-200, Airbus A320neo, Airbus A321-100, Airbus A321-200, Airbus A321neo, Airbus A330-300, Airbus A340-300, Airbus A340-600, Airbus A350-900, Boeing 747-400, Boeing 747-8i, Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner and CRJ-900.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.jetphotos.com\/photo\/11599957\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter style=\"font-weight: 400\">), Austrian Airlines (<\/span><b>68<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">), Brussels Airlines (<\/span><b>46<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">), Discover Airlines ITA has almost <\/span><b>100 aircraft<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">With regard to other fleet developments, the Group announced in <\/span><b>January 2025 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">the order of <\/span><b>40 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Boeing 737 MAX 8, which will be incorporated by Eurowings from <\/span><b>2027<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. The investment is worth <\/span><b>US$ 5 billion.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Lufthansa Group intends to modernize Eurowings\u2019 fleet, currently consisting of 26 Airbus A319-100s, 34 Airbus A320-200s, 7 Airbus A320neo, 6 Airbus A321-200s and 5 Airbus A321neo.
