The government has allocated MAD 3.8 billion (around USD 380 million) for the initiative. So far, 54% of approved applicants received a grant of MAD 70,000 (roughly USD 7,000), while 46% were granted MAD 100,000 (USD 10,000).

The program is intended to stimulate the housing sector and expand opportunities for small and mid-sized construction firms. “This is not just about helping families buy homes, it’s also about creating jobs, supporting businesses, and revitalizing the real estate market,” Mansouri said.

Recent economic data points to signs of momentum.
