In a statement to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), Al-Fulaij explained that this action is part of ongoing efforts to reinforce institutional integrity and the principles of governance, transparency and accountability. She stated that the decision was based on indicators, observations and documented evidence, which warranted submission to the competent investigative authority for legal action. She added that three supervisory employees at PAAAFR were suspended as a precautionary measure for a period of three months, pending the completion of the investigations. She stressed that all reports on suspected violations are referred to the concerned judicial authorities in accordance with the legal frameworks.
