Morocco is set to welcome seven talented Qatari artists for an educational journey as part of the Qatar-Morocco 2024 Year of Culture. This initiative aims to deepen the understanding of Islamic art, architecture, and traditional crafts, culminating in an exhibition at the Museum of Islamic Art in Doha.

– The annual program, in partnership with the Museum of Islamic Art (MIA), focuses on equipping artists with skills in traditional and Islamic arts.

– Throughout the trip, artists will explore historical cities and sites to appreciate Islamic architecture while engaging in hands-on workshops led by master craftsmen.

– The exhibition showcasing their work will debut at MIA on October 22.
