FIFA on Wednesday unveiled the official schedule for the 2026 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup, which will be held in Morocco from October 17 to November 7, with 24 national teams taking part.
Host nation Morocco will open the tournament in Group A against New Zealand on October 17 at 6:00 p.m., before facing Germany on October 20 and Argentina on October 23, with both matches also scheduled for 6:00 p.m.
The lineup for the 10th edition of the tournament has now been finalized following the qualification of Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, and Zambia after the African qualifiers.
The four teams join Morocco, along with five European sides, four Asian teams, four Concacaf representatives, four South American teams from CONMEBOL, and two teams from Oceania.
The group stage, Round of 16, and quarter-finals matches will all be hosted at the Women’s Football Complex before the semi-finals, bronze final, and final take place at Prince Moulay El Hassan Stadium.
The match schedule was finalized following the official draw held in May at FIFA headquarters in Zurich.
