Moroccan clubs continue to assert their dominance in the international transfer market, topping the list of the most profitable Arab teams between 2021 and 2025, according to data from the “Mercato Al Sharq 2025” report.
The report shows that Moroccan sides generated total profits of USD42.7 million over the period, comfortably ahead of their closest regional rivals, highlighting the growing strength of Moroccan player exports in global markets.
In 2025 alone, national clubs recorded USD11 million in profits, marking a 33% increase compared to 2024, when profits stood at USD8.3 million. The rise comes as player sales reached USD18 million, while spending remained limited to around USD7 million.
