Net-Pharma Hub, a leading pharmaceutical hub in Madrid, Spain, plans to create a pharmaceutical hub in Morocco, the company’s CEO Cristóbal Molleja announced Wednesday during a visit from Morocco’s Ambassador to Spain, Karima Benyaich.
After Benyaich and Ayuso’s meeting, the president said he intends to implement training programs for healthcare professionals in Morocco.
The ambassador’s visit underscored the importance of Morocco-Spain relations in various sectors, including pharmaceuticals. The meeting also explored ways to strengthen cooperation between the two countries.
The plans are a key priority in the new phase of cooperation that began with the adoption of the Joint Declaration during the visit of Spain’s Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez to Morocco on April 7, 2022.
Net-Pharma Hub, inaugurated in December 2023 by the President of the Madrid Autonomous Community, Isabel Ayuso, is a network of about 30 companies with extensive experience and generates an annual turnover exceeding one billion euros.
