The overall completion rate for noncriminal cases saw a notable rise, led by administrative cases at 173.3 percent. The lowest completion rate was recorded in commercial capital markets cases at 62.7 percent. As for criminal cases, the report recorded 445 new cases in June. Felony cases in the Capital ranked highest at 35.5 percent, followed by misdemeanor cases at 34.6 percent, misdemeanor and municipal violations at 28.8 percent, and felonies related to stock markets at 1.1 percent. As for the cases currently being heard in criminal courts, they totaled 694, with 323 misdemeanor cassation cases representing the largest share at 46.5 percent, followed by misdemeanor and municipal violations at 27.1 percent, and felony cases (Capital) at 25.5 percent. The number of cases adjudicated in criminal courts reached 590, including 270 felony cases (Capital) at 45.8 percent, while felony cases related to stock markets recorded the lowest at 1.0 percent. The data also showed that the highest criminal case completion rate was in felony cases (Capital) at 152.5 percent, followed by felony cases (stock markets) at 100 percent. The Court of Cassation recorded the lowest completion rate at just 39.3 percent.
