US aerospace giant Boeing and Moroccan firm “AlphaVest Capital” have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to create five aerospace Centers of Excellence in Morocco, AlphaVest announced via LinkedIn on Friday.

The agreement includes plans to develop logistics infrastructure and manufacturing capabilities across five areas: airplane transport systems engineering, tubes and ducts, complex machine parts, composite secondary structures, and metal processing.

“This historic agreement with The Boeing Company represents Morocco’s coming of age on the global aerospace stage,” said Majid Benmlih, Chair and CEO of AlphaVest Capital. “It recognizes the Kingdom’s positioning as a best-value destination for aerospace in terms of risk, quality, cost, and delivery.”

Boeing’s Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Fabrication, Ihssane Mounir, said the deal reflects the company’s continued investment in Morocco’s aerospace supply chain and skilled workforce. “This agreement advances our commitment to the Kingdom’s vision to position Morocco as a key player in the global aerospace industry,” he said.

The partnership builds on prior collaboration between Boeing and AlphaVest, particularly the creation of Moroccan-based manufacturer TDM Aerospace.
