Moroccan-Belgian artist DYSTINCT continues his rapid rise on the global music scene with the release of “Mansory,” a new collaboration with Spanish-Moroccan rapper Morad that has quickly become one of the most streamed and shared songs in Morocco and beyond.
Released May 1, the single has rapidly climbed streaming charts across Europe while gaining massive traction on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and Spotify. Industry observers say the song is already shaping up to become one of the defining hits of the summer.
In Morocco, “Mansory” has dominated local streaming rankings and social media trends within days of its release. Thousands of user-generated videos have fueled the song’s viral spread, helping expand its reach far beyond North Africa.
Internationally, the track has entered several streaming charts across Europe, with strong performance reported in France, Spain, Belgium and Netherlands.
The release builds on the success of DYSTINCT and Morad’s previous collaboration, “RS6,” which surpassed 65 million streams on Spotify and became one of the standout crossover hits in Europe.
“Mansory” combines Arabic, Spanish and French lyrics with Afrobeat, pop and North African musical influences, reflecting the multicultural identity that has become central to DYSTINCT’s artistic brand.
The song explores themes of love, loss and emotional vulnerability, with both artists revisiting the introspective storytelling style that helped define their earlier work.
Accompanied by a cinematic music video filmed in Morocco, the release further reinforces the artists’ connection to their Moroccan roots while broadening their global appeal.
DYSTINCT has emerged as one of the most prominent artists of the new generation of Arab and North African musicians reaching international audiences.
Born into the Moroccan diaspora in Europe, the artist has built a reputation for blending traditional Arabic musical influences with contemporary global sounds.
His international breakthrough accelerated with the release of “Ghazali” alongside GIMS during the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, followed by successful albums in 2021 and 2023 and collaborations with artists including French Montana and J Balvin.
The singer has also received recognition from organizations including Billboard Arabia and Forbes, where he was named to the “30 Under 30 Europe” list.
In 2025, DYSTINCT released his album “BABABA WORLD,” which featured collaborations with international stars and generated billions of streams across platforms.
With “Mansory,” DYSTINCT and Morad appear poised to extend that momentum even further, cementing their positions among the most influential multicultural artists shaping the global music industry today.
