Ministry of Tourism, Handicrafts, and Social and Solidarity Economy has announced that Morocco issued 385,738 electronic visas (E-Visas) with 95% granted for tourism purposes, according t Morocco’s Press Agency (MAP) reported.

Visitors from 111 different nationalities benefited from Morocco’s E-visa system in 2024. India led the list, with 36,690 E-visas issued, marking a 52% increase compared to 2023. Significant growth was also observed for travelers from Pakistan (+100%), Nigeria (+36%), and Egypt (+45%).
